What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

  2. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

    We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund for you.


What’s Covered Under Warranty?

Yes, you may return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at support@mancavesuperstore.com to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee may apply.


Can I Exchange an Item?

What If I Receive the Wrong Product?

When Will I Receive My Tracking Information?
